RKH has a loyal workforce and we have established excellent relationships with reliable subcontractors and professional consultants. This ensures that we have the appropriate skills for any task, and resources available at all times. We have also created strong connections with suppliers, enabling us to negotiate favourable rates which benefit our clients.

We are involved in a wide range of projects throughout the UK, in both private and public sectors. Our motivation is derived from the challenge to produce unique buildings which are safe and Eco-friendly, budget driven and of high quality, and in fulfilling the client's requirements. 

RKH is Safe Company accredited. This highly respected SSIP Accredited Health and Safety Contractor Competence Assessment Scheme is the benchmark for Health and Safety standards against which a contractor's Health and Safety provision is reviewed. 

RKH has established long term relationships with many of our customers and we are proud of our portfolio of contracts for repeat clients. We have helped clients to develop and then build their plans, working closely in planning and development, helping their businesses to expand. 

 

The Staff:

Graham Moyes – Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager

Graham has 30 years' experience in construction, initially as a time served City and Guilds bricklayer/street mason, then as a Site Foreman and Site Manager and now in his current role as our Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager. He has been with RKH since the company was formed four years ago, and his responsibilities consist of overseeing projects from start to finish, including commercial decisions, Client Liaison, Programming, Quality Control and Health and Safety. 

 

Andy Cleveland – Estimator/Quantity Surveyor/Project manager

Andy has previous experience spanning 25 years and insists his grounding in building as a YTS carpenter has stood him in good stead as he became involved in various aspects of the industry both commercial and domestic, with work which included refurbishment, fit out, extensions and new build. His ambitious nature ensured his progression from Assistant Site Agent to Site manager, then on to a position as Contracts Manager before he established himself as Estimator at RKH. Andy maintains that it is this extensive background which endows him with a deep understanding of a project and how to exploit this knowledge in achieving commercial value. 

 

Stacey Parker – Office Manager

Before joining us at RKH, Stacey spent 11 years working for a Housing Association which is where she acquired her knowledge of the construction industry as Works Auditor. As our Office Manager she deals with all general enquiries and the day to day running of the office. She is in charge of works scheduling, ordering plant and materials as well as liaising with clients and subcontractors. She is also in charge of ensuring that all staff training and qualifications are up to date. 

 

The Onsite Team:

Headed by Matthew Holland, our team of carpenters and joiners work on site alongside our preferred sub contractors. Together they ensure that all projects,  however large or small, are completed to the clients' satisfaction. 

     

The RKH team regularly attend training courses in order that we conform to the industry's current standards. Recent training updates include:

5 day Site Management Course (SMSTS)

First Aid 

Asbestos Awareness and Safe Removal.

 

Rob Holland holds the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certificate at Level 3.
